Francesca Farago and her fiancé, Jesse Sullivan, welcomed their twin babies, a son and a daughter, on Monday, November 11.

Farago, 30, shared details of the arrival of the twins via Snapchat Monday after undergoing a caesarian section.

The couple announced the Too Hot to Handle alum’s pregnancy in March.

“We wanted to take this special day to celebrate this amazing milestone with all of you. We’ve brought you with us through the loss, so we couldn’t wait to bring you along for the win,” Farago wrote via Instagram at the time. “I am still pretty newly pregnant, and there’s so much more to come, but we are so excited to be growing our family with Arlo as the coolest older sibling!”

She added, “AHH IM PREGNANT!😭💫.”

Sullivan, for his part, documented the pair’s IVF journey in a TikTok video at the time. “We’re pregnant! It’s been such a struggle to get here, but we felt like TDOV [International Transgender Day of Visibility] was the perfect day to let you in on our celebration,” he captioned the post. “I’m so proud of [Francesca] for fighting her way to get here, and I fall more in love with her every day.”

Farago and Sullivan — who is already the parent of Arlo from a previous relationship — began dating in 2022 and announced their engagement in May 2023.

In June, Farago opened up exclusively to Us Weekly about her pregnancy.

“It’s kind of scary,” she confessed of the process. “I just have anxiety all the time that something’s going to go wrong, but I love being pregnant. I love feeling my belly grow and every time we see the babies it just feels surreal that it’s happening.”

Farago and Sullivan — who is transgender — have been forthcoming about conceiving their twins via IVF, but Farago noted that the biggest “misconception” people have is that they are “not biologically related to the child.” (The duo used an unnamed sperm donor and have not shared whose egg was utilized to create the embryos.)

“I think a lot of people automatically go to saying that we’re just adoptive parents and the baby needs their biological parents and that I’m not actually a mother and Jesse’s not actually a father if we’re not biologically related to the child. I think that’s the comment we get the most,” she continued. “That’s really just people just are so ignorant and don’t realize queer couples exist and they have existed and adoptive families exist.”

As for stepping into the role of a first-time mother, Farago hoped to “do a good job” and was “excited” for her parenting “instincts” to kick in.

She added, “I think I’m just going to naturally mold into it and know what to do instinctually.”
